Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Where installation is part of the service, installation appointments will be scheduled and you must present the vehicle in a safe, accessible condition at the agreed time and place.

  6. Returns, Exchanges, Defects, Damages & Loss
    Inspect items on delivery or immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy (exchange, repair, or refund) where applicable. Items returned for exchange or refund must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and accessories unless otherwise agreed. Custom, personalised, or specially ordered items are generally non‑returnable unless they are defective or we supplied the wrong item. For parcels shipped by third‑party couriers, once a parcel is handed to the courier it travels under the courier’s terms; we will assist by tracking the shipment and filing claims, but final liability and compensation depend on the courier’s investigation and policies.

    All content on our website and official pages (text, images, logos, product photos, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
