1. General Terms

By accessing and placing an order with CUSTOM CAR ACCESSORIES KE, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies outlined on this page and any updates we may make from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not place an order or use our services.

2. Products and Orders

  • All product descriptions, photos, and prices on our platforms are provided in good faith, but minor variations in colour, texture, or fit may occur.

  • Orders are considered confirmed once you have shared your details and received an order confirmation from our team via WhatsApp, call, or message.

  • For custom-made or personalized items (for example custom plates, branded accessories, and made-to-measure seat covers), full or partial payment may be required before processing.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings and may change without prior notice, but you will always pay the price agreed at the time of confirming your order.

  • We accept the payment methods indicated on our pages (such as M‑Pesa and cash on delivery where available); any additional charges (e.g. installation, special delivery) will be communicated in advance.

  • For “pay on delivery” orders, you are required to inspect the items on delivery and pay in full if the items match your order and are in good condition.

4. Deliveries and Installations

  • We offer delivery within Nairobi and to other towns in Kenya through courier partners; delivery timelines and fees will depend on your location and will be communicated when placing the order.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, courier delays), but we always aim to keep you updated and support you in tracking your parcel.

  • Where we offer installation services, these are scheduled by appointment, and you are responsible for presenting your vehicle in a safe, accessible condition at the agreed time and place.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with a ready-made, non‑custom product, you must notify us within a reasonable period of 48 hours ,so we can assess a possible exchange or store‑credit solution; returns are not guaranteed and are handled case by case.

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and accessories

  • Custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered items (such as custom plates, branded accessories, and made‑to‑measure seat covers) are generally not returnable or refundable unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or we supplied the wrong item.

  • Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Returns, Damages & Loss

You are required to carefully inspect your items at the time of delivery or immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number so that we can review the issue and work on a quick solution such as an exchange, repair, or other appropriate remedy. Claims made after this period may be treated as full acceptance of the goods as delivered.

For orders shipped using third‑party couriers, once a parcel is handed over to the courier, it travels under their care and according to their terms and conditions. If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed in transit, we will assist you by tracking the shipment, filing a claim, and liaising with the courier on your behalf; however, final liability, compensation, or refund for such losses will depend on the courier’s investigation outcome, coverage, and policies.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, delivery address, and vehicle information (make, model, year) to ensure correct fitment of accessories.

  • You should follow any care and installation instructions provided to maintain product performance and appearance; improper use or installation by unauthorized parties may void any support or goodwill warranty we offer.

8. Privacy and Communications

  • We only use your contact details (such as name, phone number, and delivery address) to process orders, arrange deliveries, and communicate with you about our products and services.

  • By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to us reaching out via call, SMS, or WhatsApp for order updates, confirmations, and after‑sale support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and policies from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements, and the latest version on our website or official pages will always apply to new orders. Continued use of our services after changes are posted will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
